Going Up, originally released in 1983 by British studio project The RAH Band led by producer and multi-instrumentalist Richard Anthony Hewson, blends sci-fi synth pop, jazz-funk, cosmic disco and leftfield groove into a distinctive early-’80s sound. Featuring cult favourites like Messages From The Stars, Roll Me Down To Rio, Perfumed Garden and Winter Love, the album has held a lasting influence among rare groove, Balearic and synth-pop aficionados. After decades out of print, a **2025 remastered black vinyl reissue** breathes new life into this classic record.
