Soundium Points is our loyalty program that lets you earn points when you shop and turn them into discounts on future purchases.

Points are earned automatically when you are logged into your account and make a purchase.

You earn points primarily when you make purchases.

On each product page, you can see exactly how many points you’ll earn from that purchase.

Additionally, you can earn points through:

• Sign up – 200 points
  
• Place an order – 3 points for every €1 spent
  
• Celebrate your birthday – 300 points
  

You can also earn rewards by referring friends:

• Your friend gets – €10 off their first purchase
  
• You get – €10 off after they complete a purchase
  

It’s a simple way to share great gear and get rewarded.

You can convert your points into discounts at checkout.

• 150 points = €1 discount
  

To redeem your points:

1. Click the Rewards button at the top of the page
   
2. Open Ways to redeem
   
3. Choose how many points you want to use
   
4. Click Redeem to generate your discount
   
5. Apply the reward at checkout

Note: Points can only be redeemed on orders with a minimum value of €100.

This helps you clearly understand the value you receive with every order.

Points are added to your account after your order has been successfully completed.

If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

No — points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.

You can view your current points balance at any time by logging into your Soundium account.
