Volt 2 Gen 2 + NT1 Home Studio Set – Preamp Tone on a Clean Desk

Universal Audio's Tone Shaping preamps, RODE's quietest studio condenser and the headphones most engineers own, with a PSA1 arm so the mic floats over the desk instead of standing on it. One order for a desk that is ready to record vocals, voice-over and instruments.

In This Setup

• Universal Audio Volt 2 Gen 2 – 2-in/4-out USB-C interface, 32-bit/192 kHz, two Tone Shaping preamps (Warmth, Focus, Shine) and a Smart Display with Auto-Gain and Clip Protection; UAD Volt Studio Bundle with LUNA and Melodyne Essential included.
• RODE NT1 5th Generation – XLR and USB-C in one condenser: 4 dBA self-noise and 32-bit float USB recording up to 192 kHz. Ships with the SM6 shock mount with pop filter, a 6 m XLR cable and a 3 m USB-C cable. Black or Silver.
• Audio-Technica ATH-M50x – the closed-back studio standard: 45 mm large-aperture drivers and a folding build. Black or White.
• RODE PSA1 – parallelogram studio boom arm with internal springs, desk clamp and desk insert, 700 g-1.1 kg load.

Why This Combination

• Two ways to plug in: the NT1 runs through the Volt or straight into USB-C when you travel.
• Character on tap: Warmth, Focus or Shine on the preamp, no plug-ins needed.
• Tidy desk: the PSA1 keeps the mic in position and out of the way.

Set price includes all four products; the shock mount, pop filter and XLR cable come in the NT1 box.
